Ubisoft apologizes for any frustration and disappointment resulting from these items being in digital format vs. We understand that some customers in North America were not aware the Collector's Edition delivered digital versions of the game and soundtrack. Ubisoft released a statement of apology that read: "Ubisoft regrets any confusion created by the marketing materials from our Might and Magic Heroes VII Collector's Edition. Ubisoft apologized for the misleading photo which depicted discs the description itself stated that there would be codes.
Gamers who expected a Might and Magic: Heroes VII DVD in the $99.99 Collector's Edition of the game were disappointed to find only codes for it and the soundtrack.
