Fury Werewolves rely on attack speed, but unfortunately, Druids in Shapeshifted forms only benefit from +IAS items directly on their weapons. With a low required character level to use (31), it holds its own into the endgame with the much-prized trait of 50% Increased Attack Speed (IAS), along with many other great abilities. There are some interesting variations on this build, such as the Hybrid Fury Werewolf, which includes going down deep enough into the Elemental Tree to pick up Armageddon, one of the few Elemental abilities that can be cast in shapeshifted form.
